Feb 9, 2024 · If the best offer we could get for Boucher was taking Richaun Holmes (functionally the same contract) and a 2nd, especially after spending all this time developing Boucher, it just doesn't sit right. (Deal was hypothetical, not actually on the table. But it seems like it would have been a realistic deal).

Yeah, his step dad was a huge hard ass on him, true. I don't think he was in the same bracket of poverty as Boucher either Edit: his step dad was a cop, iirc.
