A short-lived round of snow early Saturday could cause roads to become slippery for the start of the weekend, but the region will not see heavy accumulation.

Clouds will increase late Friday in the Philadelphia region as our next system approaches. Friday won't be quite as windy, but there will still be a breeze and gusts up to 25 mph. Even better, temperatures will top out about 5 degrees above freezing!

The Philly area will be graced with another round of snow this weekend, although likely not at the levels seen earlier in the week.

Snow started the week, but will snow end the week? It will remain dry throughout the region while a system approaches late Friday.

The good news is that forecasted snow totals are only in the 1-to-3-inch range. The National Weather Service in Mount Holly, New Jersey, is calling for 1 to 3 inches of snow throughout the state. ❄️ Not much change to the forecast for the light snow accumulations late Friday night through Saturday morning.
