Metro Rail services have been fully restored after being suspended on Tuesday due to a large piece of scaffolding collapsing in downtown Houston. The collapse, which occurred near Main and Rusk streets, left a person injured and prompted Metro officials to temporarily suspend the Red, Green and Purple Lines for cleanup.

Concrete fell from an upper floor of a building and crushed the scaffolding and construction elevator below, injuring one worker.
