Adrian Wojnarowski, who redefined the journalism industry with his breaking news prowess at outlets such as ESPN and Yahoo! Sports, was honored Friday with the Curt Gowdy Media Award.

Although Adrian Wojnarowski is no longer a part of the media after joining his alma mater, St. Bonaventure, to be the program's general manager in September, his impact and legacy in sports media haven't diminished.
