UNDATED (WKRC) - Red Lobster announced a revamped menu and the return of a fan-favorite item during an exclusive interview with TODAY. Red Lobster CEO Damola Adamolekun, 35, spoke with TODAY in an exclusive interview, revealing several changes, which included nine new additions and the return of a fan-favorite.

Also new on the menu are bacon-wrapped scallops, a lobster bisque, a lobster pappardelle and a Parmesan-crusted chicken dish. Red Lobster is also "crafting a new tartar sauce that brings back all the flavors" from its original recipe, according to its Facebook account.

Red Lobster is making big changes to its menu as part of its restructuring after for filing for bankruptcy. Gone is the popular Ultimate Endless Shrimp deal, but the seafood chain is introducing new dishes and bringing back a fan favorite.
