Andy Murray has revealed he would have chosen to coach Roger Federer ahead of Novak Djokovic. The Scot accepted an invitation from the Serb to work together at last month’s Australian Open - and admitted he spent too much time “over analysing matches”.

Although Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray haven’t announced anything about extending their partnership, reports have emerged that they will be working together till this year’s Wimbledon.

In addition, the 37-year-old from Belgrade would be willing to continue his collaboration with Andy Murray even after AO but the two legends have not yet found an agreement. Novak will arrive in Doha early and will use next week to test his sensations and get used to the conditions.
