Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has accused Hamas militants of violating the ceasefire deal by handing over the body of a woman from Gaza instead of Israeli hostage Shiri Bibas, the mother of two young boys whose bodies were returned a day earlier along with a hostage in his 80s.
