Vikings snatch up $2 million worth of tickets so their fans can invade Detroit for game vs. Lions
The biggest game of the NFL season will be going down on Sunday night in Detroit and although the Lions will have home-field advantage, the Minnesota Vikings have decided to spend some serious money to take some of that advantage away.
The Minnesota Vikings spent $2 million on about 1,900 tickets for seats located behind the visitor sideline at Ford Field for the game against the Lions Sunday.
The Minnesota Vikings took what many could view as an extreme measure to have their fans attend the Sunday Night Football game against the Detroit Lions at Ford Field.
