A House Republican has suggested a resolution that would allow Donald Trump, but not Barack Obama, to run for a third term.

Many were quick to notice Michelle Obama's absence on Inauguration Day, but the former first lady had a message to share on social media as questions over why didn't attend swirl.

A spokesperson for Pelosi, who attended Trump’s 2017 inauguration, did not provide an explanation for the move.

Andy Ogles (R-TN) has drafted a constitutional amendment that, if ratified, would allow President Donald Trump to run for a third term. However, the measure is worded to prevent former Presidents Barack Obama,
