Lester Mendoza, a physician assistant at UPMC Memorial Hospital in York, said he helped tell the shooter a loved one had passed days before the shooting.

Lester Mendoza, who specializes in pulmonary critical care, was present when the perpetrator was informed about his loved one's death.
