Real Madrid striker Kylian Mbappe will miss the first leg of a Copa del Rey semifinal against Real Sociedad on Wednesday after having a tooth removed. Madrid did not include Mbappe on the 21-play squad announced Wednesday morning.

Just as Real Madrid were starting to come out on the other side of their injury woes this season, they now must worry about Mbappé's status before making the journey to San Sebastián. Los Blancos have made just one Copa del Rey final in the last decade, and now with a trip to Sevilla on the line, they could be without their best player.

Kylian Mbappé's replacement Endrick scored a first-half goal and Real Madrid won 1-0 at Real Sociedad in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semifinals on Wednesday. Madrid was without Mbappé after he had tooth removed and was forced to miss practice Tuesday.
