UTICA, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — Due to the anticipated snowstorm Thursday night, the City of Utica has declared a Snow Emergency. The Snow Emergency will go into effect Thursday, January 2 at 10 pm. All vehicles must be off the streets by this time, with no exceptions.

Due to the recent heavy snowfall and the potential for more in the forecast, local municipalities are declaring snow emergencies.
