Saul Sanchez, 62, allegedly fatally stabbed Carlos Rivas in the chest and lower abdomen, authorities said. Rivas, 17, later succumbed to his injuries at Harlem Hospital. The third man, 22, was stabbed in the left arm and Sanchez, 62, sustained a cut on his forehead. Both men were taken to local hospitals in stable condition.
