A Colorado man who gunned down 10 people at a Boulder supermarket in 2021 was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole Monday, after a jury rejected an insanity defense and convicted him of murder.

A judge in Boulder imposed the maximum sentence on the man who shot and killed 10 people in a grocery store in 2021.

Those convictions include the first-degree murder of ten people, including a Boulder police officer who stormed the store when called to the scene.
