According to state police, at around 10:24 a.m. on Tuesday, Troop C was notified by Willimantic police that a driver fled when officers attempted a traffic stop.

State police were notified of the vehicle fleeing a traffic stop in Windham. When trying to stop the vehicle, it fled the scene and struck 2 state police cruisers.
