An Amber Alert has been issued for a mother and her two daughters who went missing from their home in Missouri on Sunday evening, with the mother being forced into a red pickup truck and the children being driven away in a black SUV.

St. Charles County Police said they still don't know if this was a legitimate kidnapping or a language barrier issue. An investigation is underway.

PHILLIPSBURG, Mo. (KY3) - The Missouri Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert for a missing child out of Phillipsburg, Mo. The Missouri Highway Patrol has not released any information regarding the child or suspect. They do say they are searching for a black sport utility vehicle.
