Marsh Island is an island off the coast of southern Louisiana in the United States. There is no permanent human population at the time of the 2000 census. The entire island is a wildlife sanctuary managed by the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries as the Marsh Island Wildlife Refuge.
